Introduction to Construction Industry (Project 2)

           Greetings. This is the second project of this subject, Introduction to Construction Industry. In this project, we were needed to choose our own group of 4 - 5. And for this project, I joined Lee Joyee's group, consisting of Lee Joyee as the leader, Peh Ker Neng, Ling Hui Sim and Nicholas Wong. We then, chose a construction role for each of us, me as the "Architect, Lee Joyee as the "Engineer", Peh Ker Neng as the " Landscape Architect", Ling Hui Sim as the "Quantity Surveyor" and Nicholas Wong as the "Contractor".

            And after we have chosen our role, we then need to pretend that each of us have our own company and thus we need to create our own company profile and provide it with a sample document of our role. After all of that, we need to pretend that we work together to build a building according to the needs in Taylor's University Lakeside Campus and create a project brief for that building. Through this whole project, I have experienced and learned a lot about teamwork. We all worked together very well, we divided our tasks and tackle it, we helped each other out and we discussed about it to get a decision. We really cannot finish this work without each other, even though I can say that our leader worked the hardest, she helped us a lot, special thanks to her!
