EPC 2

         This is the second project for the subject EPC, which stands for "Effective Public Communication". In this project, we were to form a group of 4 to 5 people, and my group members are Chua Jia Cheng, Chew Ung Heng, Tsang Hao Ren and Chua Jiu Xin. After that, we were to compare two businesses of any kind. So, we chose Bak Kut Teh, and just like most people know, if we are looking for a good Bak Kut Teh then the best place to find it is Klang.

         We were also needed to interview the shop owner about everything we need, and the area of interview will be the background of the shop/business, the competitors it faces, the nature of the business, the obstacles or challenges in running the business and finally strategies used. After that, we need to compile all these and set up a powerpoint presentation about it plus we need to throw in some recommendation, future plans and ways to sustain their businesses. Finally, we need to present it and we also need to record our presentation.

From this project, we have learned about some public communication skills that will surely help us in our daily life. We learned these skills while carrying out this project, and with the help of these skills that we have learned, we managed to complete and finish this project. I am sure that these skills will always be a big help and will help us a lot in the future.
